I've been to Forest a few times before but not in years so I was excited to go back. It did not disappoint. From the relaxing patio environment to the service to the food, everything was practically perfect. Seared scallop appetizer was a generous portion and perfectly cooked. The Wagyy tomahawk was the real star. It's one of the best steaks I've had in the area and came with a choice of two sides. Drinks and coconut sorbet were tasty too!

My husband and I had dinner here for my birthday and our anniversary (2 days apart), and everything was phenomenal! We opted for the five-course meal of the chef's choice and loved every part of it. We will definitely come back again sometime!

Excellent date night experience! The place was very busy when we arrived but were able to sit at the bar and enjoy some great wine and chit chat with two excellent bartenders, David and Marcus. Watching the kitchen work through the glass was amazing. Everyone was hustling and working together very well- from the kitchen to the servers to the bartenders. We only had drinks and an appetizer but have had dinner here before. The food is unbelievably delicious. We chose the Black Rice and we’re not disappointed. Lovely time and excellent food was had at Forest !!

Came here last Saturday for my first time. Not sure what was better, the food or the service! Curtis was our server, and while I’ve become so used to detached cold service, I was blown away when I finally got a server that I felt like I could ask anything(especially being a first timer) we got the snapper crudo, & the Caesar as an app at his suggestion, both were phenomenal. The entrees were equally as delicious. The halibut was filling & perfectly cooked with out the flavor being ruined by to many sauces like so many restaurants. Will be returning & asking for him as a server. Perfect date night achieved.

Went here for our 4-year anniversary. Saw on the Winter 2020 menu posted on OpenTable that there was a 5-course tasting menu, but when we got there the waitress said they were no longer doing it. HOWEVER, in an extremely outstanding gesture, the waitress agreed to have the kitchen prepare for us a special tasting menu for the occasion, including an amuse buche and an intermezzo palate-cleansing dessert. We asked to be surprised by the kitchen, and they delivered. Everything we had was amazing, but the scallops, duck breast with black lentils, and vanilla panna cotta stood out especially. It was also nicely spread out over about 2 hours. The serving staff was also friendly and agreeable, as well as working through with us throughout the tasting menu (shout-out to Emily!). The atmosphere was dark, but it was kind of relaxing as well. To top it all off, I requested a list of what we had to take home, but not only did I get a list, I got a custom-typed, formatted, thematic for the occasion menu to take home, which was more than what I asked for. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a more upscale location for extremely good food and fantastic service.

We’ve been to Forest a couple times now and I obsess more every time. You can’t go wrong with a single starter but the brussels sprouts are my fav; such a twist on what’s typically a basic dish. The creste di galli has my heart and soul — I crave it. As far as mains, the chicken and sturgeon were amazing. They wrap a couple areas of the chicken into mouthwatering medallions. Get the glazed carrots and home fries - thank me later. As for desserts, they all slap. Lastly, Tim is the purest soul.
